It was a great service!

It was a great service from start to finish and they delivered the car to my address in Birmingham and the team said that they will deal with all paperwork involving dvla and log book so very impressed with there professionalism .paul darkes 👍👍

Very professional

Went here to get a car for someone else. Very professional from start to finish, although the car had high mileage it drove so much better than others that I test drove at other dealers. Lots of quality stock too which was nice to look around.

Very friendly and helpful team

Very friendly and helpful team with a range of vehicles available.

Some vehicles come with 12 month MOT and for the vehicle I purchased they were as good as their word despite some unexpected repairs being required.

I would especially recommend Rob as he kept me informed during the process.

Top notch customer service

Happy customer. I called up to view and test drive a car that day having seen it advertised online. Sam was very accommodating to the time I wanted, and we were able to take the car out and test drive it that day. There is no sales pressure at all, just gives you the keys and lets you take your time. When we decided we wanted to go ahead with the purchase, we sat down with Sam and advised three cosmetic issues which we would like resolved before purchasing. They were very understanding, and told us to come back the next day, and it would all be fixed up for us and the car would be ready to drive away. Sure enough, I picked the car up at 10.30AM the next morning, with every issue completely sorted.

Called promptly, dealt with me very professionally, and with no pressure to buy. I will be recommending Aylesbury Trade Centre to my friends and family who are looking for a used car.
